What are our experiences and competencies as Dispofarma?

We can produce medical devices and biocidal products as a contract manufacturing for you that we have been producing for ourselves since 2003.

We prepare the Product Technical File, which requires knowledge and experience, on our own.

We carry out product development studies within our own structure. After the required product details are transferred to us, necessary laboratory studies and samples are prepared. Prepared samples are presented to taste.

We also provide consultancy services on Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Agency procedures.

Our documents; ISO 13485 Certificate. We host the responsible responsible manager. We have certified trained technical staff for product technical file evaluation.

We have a laboratory where we make all kinds of microbiology tests.

We carry out microbiological tests for each product after production.

We carry out stability tests on our products within our own organization.

What are the processes of the contract manufacturing?

Contract Manufacturing Method 1.

1. Details of the desired product or sample products are taken.
2. Product R&D work is done, samples are presented to the company.
3. If the sample is liked, continue, otherwise a new study is done.
4. A proposal is received from the necessary authority or approved institutions related to Product Certification.
5. Price proposal file is prepared with sample acceptance
6. Contract manufacturing contract is prepared and mutually signed.

Contract Manufacturing Method 2.

1. The owner gives the product formulation. It also supplies the necessary raw materials.
2. Dispofarma provides machinery, equipment and certification services.
3. The product is prepared and given as a sample.
4. A price quotation file is prepared upon acceptance of the sample.
5. Contract manufacturing contract is prepared and mutually signed.
6. A proposal is received from the necessary authority or approved institutions related to Product Certification.
7. A contract contract is signed before contract manufacturing and the certification process is started.
